Vicki G. Harrison, Chief Executive Officer

Vicki has more than 25 years of healthcare industry experience working with emerging technologies and solutions that enhance operational efficiencies for provider healthcare organizations. Vicki’s understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Lean and Six Sigma principles has contributed to her vision for Optimium Health as a leading edge workflow technology provider for healthcare organizations. Her solutions for workflow and process improvement focus on the patient experience and increasing both patient and care giver satisfaction.

Vicki is tenured with companies such as GE Medical Systems, Siemens Medical Systems and Johnson and Johnson. She has a Master’s Degree from Radford University and is a member of Healthcare Information Management Systems Society, Healthcare Financial Management Association, American Association of Nurse Executives, and Society for Health Systems.

Mark Stega, MD, Chief Operating Officer

Mark has been a thought leader in the health care industry for more than 25 years, introducing new and innovative ways of using information technology. As founder and chief executive officer of one of the first electronic medical records (EMR) companies, he has worked with healthcare executives in over 1,400 health systems. He successfully grew and then sold QMI to GE Medical Systems where he served as chief technical officer for Marquette Medical Systems, a division of GE Medical.

Mark earned his BS in Computer Science at the University of Maryland and completed his Doctor of Medicine Degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. In addition, he is a graduate of the Dartmouth Amos Tuck School of Business Corporate Executive Leadership Program.

Heather L. Guild, Chief Marketing Officer

Having spent 22 years leading corporate brand strategy, communications, and innovation for Fortune 500 consumer goods and pharmaceutical companies, Heather is skilled at guiding new projects and improvements. Her experience includes work for Reckitt Benckiser, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Glaxo Smith Kline, and Beiersdorf. Heather has an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management and a BA in English Literature from Dartmouth College.

Alan I. Golombek, Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Alan has more than 35 years of experience in the hospital sector, including positions where he has worked at the corporate level within many of the largest integrated health care networks and group purchasing organizations in the United States and Canada. He has also worked directly with the Center of Medicare and Medicaid, Institute of Healthcare Improvement, American Hospital Association, and some of the largest hospital groups in the nation, including the Presbyterian Hospital System in New York City, the Trinity /CHE System in Livonia, Michigan, and The Bon Secours System in Baltimore.
